Vanessa started her career in mixology in 1990 and in 1997 took the position of managing and curating the bar and beverage program at Sierra Mar Restaurant, Post Ranch Inn where she developed her passion for handcrafted cocktails. During that time, she was asked to design and operate cocktail menus for celebrity weddings on and off site.
Being raised in Big Sur, California, surrounded by nature provided the foundation for a healthy and clean approach to crafting beverages. Vanessa takes pride in the ingredients that go into the cocktails to create fresh, and natural products. Mixers are fresh-pressed, low-sugar, locally sourced and well balanced.
